Men much more often than women tend to choose wrong types of foods like soda, potato chips, high-fat meat, fast food or junk food products.
Advice to men: choose healthy home-made meals as often as possible, consume a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables.
3. Pent up emotions
Most of men usually hide their true feelings and emotions to appear to be more masculine and less feminine; finally, they are regularly over-stressed as well as overfilled with negative emotions and troubles, which can increase the risk of many serious conditions like heart diseases, strokes, etc.
Advice to men: instead of keeping emotions deep inside share them with your spouse or close-friend.
4. Extra-marital affairs
A good proportion of men love an extra mistress here and there, which comes at great cost, not to mention financial, physical, psychological and social among others. A man with one wife is usually less mixed up compared to those with more than one.
